- I aspire for the title of full-time writer. I am happiest working on a deadline, stringing together words that inspire, inform and invoke emotion. When I'm not working, I'm probably checking out a great poetry event, training for my first half-marathon, or reading anything I can get my hands on. I also love spending time with my nieces and nephews and dreaming up my next travel adventure. After conquering Central and South America and living in Africa, I have my sites set on Europe next!
